The Executive Programme provides an in-depth exploration of global, regional, and industry-specific challenges that companies face today. It enables participants to proactively adapt their companies to dynamic developments and make informed strategic decisions. The programme is divided into five modules. Each module addresses three key questions:
1. What is this really about?
2. How does this affect our future?
3. What does it mean for me and my organization?
The Foresight method frames the understanding of these core themes.
