The NZZ Academy Executive Programme is ideal for:
- CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives
- Chairpersons, board members, and non-executive directors
active in:
- Medium to large private and public companies
- Family businesses
- Government agencies
- Foundations and non-profit organizations
You should have at least 10 years of leadership experience and a completed university degree.
You should be committed to lifelong learning, innovative ideas, and cross-industry collaboration, while also wanting to play a role in strengthening democratic values.
To ensure a diverse group of peers, your cohort is carefully selected. Your cohort will become a trusted resource, encourage you on your learning journey, and surprise you in many ways, both during and after your Executive Programme.
Admission is selective, and not all applications are accepted.

Apply for your cohort
We review incoming applications. The earlier you apply, the better.
Step 2
Confirm your participation
Once your admission is confirmed, you have two weeks to confirm your participation.
Step 3
Your onboarding in the cohort
To help you prepare for your journey with the NZZ Academy, we provide helpful tips and information four weeks before the start of the programme.
