Dr. Simone Kimpeler

Dr. Simone Kimpeler heads the Competence Center Foresight at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe. She develops, supports and manages strategic foresight processes for politics, companies and associations as well as scientific and civil society organizations. The range of methods offered spans from AI-supported horizon scanning for trend analysis, scenario development, future dialogues and vision development to strategy roadmapping. The method portfolio is continuously developed as part of tailored foresight processes, research and studies to strengthen the future-readiness and resilience of clients and their stakeholders, as well as the sustainability of society.
